Cook the pasta according to package directions. Once it is cooked, drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and let it cool.
While the pasta is cooking, combine the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano in a large bowl.
Add the tomatoes and red onions to the bowl and the ingredients to sit for 10 minutes to marinate.
After the 10 minutes, add the cooled pasta, cucumbers, olives, capers, and herbs to the bowl. Mix the ingredients until all the pasta is covered and everything is well combined.
When you are ready to eat, top the salad with the crumbled feta cheese.
