Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs and brownie mix. Stir in the red food coloring. Stir until ingredients are all well blended. Grease bottom of pan with cooking spray or shortening. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake in 9” x 9” pan for 38-40 minutes.
After Red Velvet Brownies have cooled, top with a light layer of cream cheese frosting.
