INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
1 (6oz) package Best Choice Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1 (10 ¾ oz) can Best Choice Nacho Cheese Soup
8 oz Best Choice Sour Cream
1 (4.5 oz) can Best Choice chopped Green Chilies, undrained
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom of 9×13-inch casserole. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain. Place ground beef in casserole.
In medium bowl, stir together soup, sour cream, green chilies and water. Reserve ½ cup dry stuffing mix for later use. Sprinkle remaining stuffing evenly over ground beef. Pour soup mixture over stuffing.
Sprinkle reserved stuffing over soup mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
