1 1/2 cups Best Choice Honey Graham Cracker, crumbled
1/3 cup Best Choice Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 tsp Best Choice Ground Cinnamon
1/3 cup Best Choice Butter, melted
2 8 oz packages of Best Choice Cream Cheese
2 tsp Best Choice Lemon Juice
1 pint Best Choice Heavy Whipping Cream
1/3 cup Best Choice Sugar
1 can Best Choice Cherry Pie Filling
Crumble the graham crackers by adding them to a Best Choice Storage Bag and hit them with a rolling pin or the palm of your hand until they are small crumbles.
In a small bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8 or 10 inch springform pan and chill in a fridge until it firms up.
While chilling the graham cracker mixture, beat together the cream cheese and lemon juice in a medium bowl until soft.
Add in the whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until the batter becomes thick.
Add the sugar to the cream cheese mixture and continue to beat until it stiffens.
Pull the graham cracker crust from the fridge and pour the cream cheese mixture onto the chilled crust.
Top the cheesecake with the pie filling. Chill the whole thing for several hours or overnight.
Once ready, remove the sides of the springform pan and serve.
