DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta as package directs; drain.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper. In a large saucepan, over medium heat, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in oil until shrimp are pink; remove.
In the same saucepan, add wine, vegetables, basil and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add pasta and shrimp; mix well. Heat through, serve immediately with Parmesan cheese.
Makes 6-8 servings.
