In honor of Frozen Food Month, we’ve compiled three recipes with just three ingredients. Try one or all three of these recipes.
Ravioli Lasagna
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400F and grease a 9×13 baking dish. Spread your dish with about 3/4 of a cup of your favorite pasta sauce. Arrange half of your favorite frozen ravioli to create the first layer and cover with cheese. Repeat. Add parmesan cheese if you wish. Cover your dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and return it to the oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and brown. Serve with your favorite cooked frozen veggies.
Very Berry Smoothie
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into your blender, blend and enjoy.
No-Churn Ice Cream
Instructions:
Prepare a 9×5 loaf pan with Best Choice parchment paper and place it into the freezer. You’ll also want to chill a large bowl and your mixing bowl before being this recipe. In your first chilled bowl, combine 14oz of our sweetened condensed milk and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. In your mixing bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. We recommend medium-high speed to achieve this. Gently fold in whipped cream into your sweetened condensed milk mixture. (If you want to break the mold and add mix-ins now is the time.) Pour this mix, cover with Best Choice plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
