Directions:
Heat stock pot to medium heat.
Add olive oil to pot.
Add onion, garlic, chopped bacon and Polish sausage to pot; fry until slightly browned.
Add white potatoes – cut the larger potatoes in half; mix well.
Once potatoes are no longer white, add garlic salt and seasoned salt.
Then add drained pinto beans and green bean with the juices; mix well, but don’t over stir.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Great served with Best Choice Crescent Rolls or Jumbos Biscuits!
