Ingredients:
For Dressing:
1 cup Best Choice Plain Greek Yogurt
3 tablespoons Best Choice Taco Seasoning
For Salad:
1 (12oz) can Best Choice Tuna, drained
1 (15oz) can Best Choice Seasoned Black Beans, drained & rinsed
1 ( 2.2oz) can Best Choice Sliced Black Olives, drained
1 (11oz) can Best Choice Mexican-Style Corn, drained
1 (14.5oz) can Best Choice Fire-Roasted with Garlic Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 heart romaine lettuce, chopped
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, diced
Other: Best Choice Whole Wheat Tortillas and Toothpicks
Directions:
Stir dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
Place salad ingredients together in a large bowl and mix together.
Pour dressing on top and mix together until well combined.
Spoon desired amount of Southwest Tuna Salad in whole wheat tortillas.
Fold into wrap and secure with a toothpick.
