Baked Turkey and Swiss Sliders

Ingredients

1/2 cup Best Choice Unsalted Butter, melted
1 1/2 tbsp Best Choice Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Best Choice Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Best Choice Honey
2 tsp Best Choice Poppy Seeds
1 tbsp Best Choice Dried Chopped (Minced) Onion
12 to 16 slider rolls
1 lb Best Choice from the Farm Sliced Honey Turkey
12 slices Best Choice Deli Style Swiss Cheese

Soft, golden rolls are layered with Best Choice Thin Sliced Honey Turkey and melty Best Choice Swiss Cheese Slices, then baked to warm, savory perfection. These crowd-pleasing Baked Turkey & Swiss Sliders are easy to assemble and perfect for spring celebrations, game days, or casual family dinners. With their sweet-and-savory flavor and irresistible pull-apart goodness, they’re sure to disappear fast.

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, honey, poppy seeds, and chopped onion. Whisk the contents together and then set aside.

Grease a 9×13 baking dish with Best Choice Pan Spray.

Cut slider rolls in half, if they are not already cut.

Place the base of the roll in the baking dish.

Evenly top the rolls with the deli turkey slices and then the Swiss cheese slices.

Place the top of the rolls back on the sliders.

Re-whisk the butter mixture, then slowly pour it over the rolls. Use a brush to evenly coat the rolls, if needed.

Cover the baking dish with Best Choice Foil and place it in preheated oven.

Bake the sliders covered for 10 minutes.

Then remove the foil and continue baking until the tops of the sliders are golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 10-12 additional minutes.

Remove the sliders from oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
