Directions
Divide ground beef into four pieces and form each section into a loose ball. Place meat back in the refrigerator to keep cool while you prepare the grill.
Prepare burger sauce by mixing mayo and mustard together in a small bowl.
Heat a cast iron griddle to 450 degrees. Place hamburger ball on hot griddle. Cover with a piece of parchment paper and press down with a large spatula. Get the patty down to about 1/4 inch.
Sprinkle with seasoning salt and ground pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
