In a large bowl, place the shredded chicken, chopped celery, and dried cranberries.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, plain yogurt, Dijon, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a smaller bowl.
Once the mayonnaise mixture is smooth, add it to the large bowl with the chicken.
Stir both together to evenly distribute.
Just before serving, fold in the chopped walnuts.
Eat it as is, or place the chicken salad on a croissant.
