Cranberry Chicken Salad


4 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup celery, finely chopped

1/3 cup Clearly by Best Choice Dried Cranberries

3/4 cup Best Choice Mayonnaise

1/4 cup plain yogurt

2 tsp Clearly by Best Choice Dijon Mustard

1/4 tsp Clearly by Best Choice Onion Powder

1/4 tsp Best Choice Superior Selections Mediterranean Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Clearly by Best Choice Ground Pepper

1/3 cup Clearly by Best Choice Walnuts, chopped

It’s a cranberry time of year! Have fun with this seasonal fruit by creating delicious dishes. Our Cranberry Chicken Salad, crafted by our resident dietitian, is a great place to star. This healthy chicken salad will quickly become one of your favorites. Head over to your local grocery store to pick up all the ingredients you need.


In a large bowl, place the shredded chicken, chopped celery, and dried cranberries.

Whisk together the mayonnaise, plain yogurt, Dijon, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a smaller bowl.

Once the mayonnaise mixture is smooth, add it to the large bowl with the chicken.

Stir both together to evenly distribute.

Just before serving, fold in the chopped walnuts.

Eat it as is, or place the chicken salad on a croissant.
