Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower


1 cauliflower head, cut into florets

1/2 cup Best Choice Unsalted Butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup Clearly by Best Choice Italian Breadcrumbs

1/2 cup Best Choice Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4 tsp Best Choice Superior Selections Mediterranean Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Clearly by Best Choice Ground Pepper

1/4 tsp Clearly by Best Choice Italian Seasoning

Crunchy and full of flavor, you can’t go wrong with our Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower. This dish makes the perfect appetizer for any gathering you attend. Simple to mix up and delicious to enjoy, gather all the ingredients you need at your local grocery store today!


Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Spray a baking sheet with Clearly by Best Choice cooking spray.

Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head.

Cut the cauliflower into florets that are about the same size. Slice larger pieces if needed.

Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and add minced garlic.

In a medium size bowl, place the breadcrumbs and mix in the parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Dip the florets in the butter and then in the breadcrumb mixture.

Place each breaded cauliflower piece on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the breading is golden brown.

Let cauliflower cool for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
