2 cups Clearly by Best Choice all purpose flour

2 Tablespoons Clearly by Best Choice Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons Clearly by Best Choice Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Clearly by Best Choice nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Clearly by Best Choice Ground Ginger

3 Clearly by Best Choice eggs

1 1/2 cup Clearly by Best Choice Milk

1/4 cup Clearly by Best Choice Honey

3 Tablespoons Clearly by Best Choice Olive Oil

1 cup canned pumpkin purée

In a large bowl stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and the additional spices.

In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, milk, honey, oil and canned pumpkin.

Pumpkin waffles wet ingredients

After wet ingredients are whisked add them to the dry ingredients bowl. Stir contents until just combined. A few lumps are fine. Bake the waffles on a well greased waffle iron. The waffles will likely cook best on medium to high heat but the temperature will vary depending on the type of waffle maker. Cook until crisp on the outside.
