1 cup Clearly by Best Choice™ Old Fashioned Oats

2 cups water

1/2 tsp Best Choice® Salt

2 Clearly by Best Choice Eggs

2 tbsp Best Choice Superior Selections fresh parmesan cheese

2 tbsp wilted spinach

Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

In a saucepan, place the oats, water, and salt.

Once the oats have absorbed the water, crack in the two eggs.

Reduce heat to medium and place the lid back on the pan, letting the eggs cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
