May 17 is Cherry Cobbler Day! To celebrate, one of our Best Choice teammates, Jimmy, brought the office this cherry cobbler recipe and the delicious finished product.
2 (21-oz) cans Best Choice Cherry Pie Filling
1 box Best Choice Yellow Cake Mix
1 stick Best Choice Butter
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour cherry pie filling in bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
2) Sprinkle dry cake mix over cherries; do not stir. (Use about 3/4 of the bag)
3) Place pats of butter over cake mix. Do not stir.
4) Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
