Directions
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until creamy & smooth.
Blend in the powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, brown sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
With a spatula, mix in the butterscotch and mini chocolate baking chips.
Place the dip in a bowl and serve with vanilla wafers, sliced apples, and honey wheat braided pretzels.
