Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
½ lb ground pork, unseasoned
2 Best Choice eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz) can Best Choice tomato sauce
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 pouch Best Choice Coat & Crisp Coating Mix
½ Best Choice Ketchup
2 tablespoons Best Choice brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until blended. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into patties.
Place patties on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking sheet. Stir together ketchup and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spoon over patties.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
