Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Cake


Best Choice Cooking Spray
1 package Best Choice Creamy Wheels
1/4 cup Best Choice Butter, melted
2 containers of Superior Selections Cookies & Cream Ice Cream, softened
1 (8oz) container Best Choice Whipped Topping
Best Choice Chocolate Syrup
1 jar Best Choice Maraschino Cherries

We teamed up with our friends at Superior Selections to create this decadent ice cream cake! Like Best Choice, Superior Selections also launched a brand new ice cream line.

This is a fun recipe that you can experiment with by testing out different flavors of ice cream. Let us know what ice cream combinations you try!



Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
Crush Creamy Wheels.
Add butter to crushed cookies and mix well.
Reserve 1/2 cup of crushed cookie mixture for topping; press the rest into prepared pan and freeze for 30 minutes to form crust.
Spread softened ice cream over cookie crust and freeze for 2 hours.
Spread whipped topping over ice cream layer.
Sprinkle top with reserved cookie mixture and drizzle with chocolate syrup before freezing for 2 more hours.
Let set out for 10-15 minutes before serving. Top each slice with a cherry.
