Sweet & Fast Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Best Choice Quick Oats
1/2 cup Best Choice 2% Reduced Fat Milk
1 tsp Clearly by Best Choice Organic Chia Seed
1 tsp Best Choice Superior Selections Raw Wild Flower Honey
1/4 tsp Best Choice Ground Cinnamon
1 banana
A handful of nuts of your choice

 

DIRECTIONS

Pour the oats, milk, chia seeds, honey, and cinnamon into a jar, bowl, or container that you can tightly seal.

After mixing the ingredients, seal tightly, and pop the container in the fridge to rest overnight.

Next morning, grab the container from the fridge and add the banana and nuts to the oat mixture.

Stir everything around until well incorporated, and enjoy!
