Summer Spaghetti Salad


½ box Best Choice Pot Ready Spaghetti (16 oz)
2 cups Best Choice California Blend Frozen Vegetables
¼ cup Best Choice Seasoning Blend Frozen Vegetables
1 tomato, chopped
½ cup Best Choice Italian Dressing



Cook spaghetti according to directions on the box; add in California blend and seasoning blend during last 5 minutes of cooking.

Once veggies are cooked tender, drain. Then rinse pasta and veggies with cold water and drain well.

Toss cooled pasta and veggies with chopped tomato and Italian dressing in a medium bowl. Coat well.

Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
