Ingredients

2/3 cup Best Choice Buttermilk

1/2 cup Best Choice Superior Selections Honey Greek Yogurt

1 tbsp finely chopped fresh tarragon

1 tbsp finely sliced chives, plus more for serving

1 tsp Best Choice Lemon Juice

3/4 tsp Best Choice Dijon Mustard

1/2 tsp Best Choice Granulated Sugar

Best Choice Superior Selections Pepper Supreme

1 lb Best Choice Superior Selections Frozen Peaches, thawed

Best Choice Superior Selections Olive Oil, for brushing

3 heads baby iceberg (about 1 1/2 lb), trimmed, cut into wedges

1 cup mixed grape tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

2 oz Best Choice Superior Selections Blue Cheese Crumbles

Catch the attention of your friends at your next gathering with our Grilled Peach Salad. Each bite offers a delightful contrast of flavors—sweet peaches, creamy cheese, crunchy nuts, and tangy dressing. This dish embodies the essence of summer and leaves a lasting impression on everyone who tastes it.

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the buttermilk, yogurt, tarragon, chives, lemon juice, mustard, and sugar.

Once fully combined, season with salt and pepper and stir once more.

Heat the grill to medium–high heat and lightly oil the grates.

Pat the peaches dry, then brush them with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the peaches, turning halfway through, until lightly charred, 4 to 6 minutes per side.

Transfer the peaches to a cutting board and let them cool slightly before cut into one-inch chunks.

On a platter, arrange the lettuce wedges into two lines.

Top the wedges with the peaches and tomatoes.

Drizzle some buttermilk-herb dressing over the wedges.

Sprinkle the wedges with hazelnuts, blue cheese, and more chives.

Serve alongside the remaining dressing.
