Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl place all of the ingredients. Mix contents well, scrapping the sides as needed. The batter will be thick
and sticky.
Scoop out about 2 Tablespoons of batter at a time and drop onto prepared baking
sheet.
Place cookies about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 minutes or until a thin film is on top.
Remove from oven and let cookies cool on the pan for 3 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack.
Enjoy immediately or place in an airtight container for up to a week.
