Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup Best Choice Buffalo Wing Sauce, divided
1 1/2 cups Best Choice Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cups Best Choice Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 tsp Best Choice Superior Selections Garlic Pepper Grinder
1/2 tsp Best Choice Chili Powder
2 tbsp Best Choice Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Best Choice Superior Selections Blue Cheese Crumbles

Directions

Heat the oven to 400°F.

Unroll pizza crust into a lightly greased 15×10 rimmed baking pan.

Flatten the dough and build up edges slightly.

Bake at for 7 minutes.

Brush lightly baked dough with 3 tbsp buffalo wing sauce.

Combine cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, sprinkle a third of the combined cheese over the crust, and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter and add in the chicken, garlic pepper grinder, and chili powder. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.

Add the remaining wing sauce and stir to combine all ingredients over medium heat for 5 minutes longer.

Spoon the chicken mixture over pizza.

Sprinkle the remaining combined cheese and blue cheese crumbles over the chicken mixture.

Bake the pizza until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, 18-20 minutes.
