1 lb ground turkey

Directions

Use a medium size mixing bowl to assemble the burger patties.

Add the egg to the bowl and whisk thoroughly with a fork.

Place the ground meat, bread crumbs, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper in the mixing bowl with the egg. Mix until evenly incorporated.

Add the feta crumbles to the meat mixture and gently combine with your hands.

Mold the meat mixture into a round patty making them slightly larger than the buns.

Place the patties on a hot grill and cook until internal temp. reaches 165°F.

Let the patties cool for two minutes then assemble burgers on the bun with Superior Selections Garlic Aioli and your favorite toppings.
