Directions
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Wrap one piece of bacon around each bratwurst. Secure the bacon with a wooden pick at each end.
Sprinkle both sides of the bacon-wrapped brats with the garlic powder and chili powder.
Place the bacon-wrapped bratwursts on grill. Turn the brats occasionally, until bacon is crispy, and they reach 160°F, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add the bacon-wrapped brats to the buns and top them with the jalapeños, red onion, ketchup, and mustard.
Enjoy with a handful of kettle chips.
